I finally got my mommy time! 25 long days of sleeping in and non-stop activities. From going to the movies to bowling and barbecues. I relaxed while horseback riding and fishing in the ocean. I went to the fair, the zoo, and Apple Pie Hill. I even sang and danced in the rain. I can't explain how much I needed this vacation. I came back a brand new person-and a brand new mommy at that. The best part of it all, was I let myself enjoy every minute away from my baby. She was in great hands, and was happy to see me upon my arrival every time. God bless that Nanner Dianer!
Now that we're home almost a month later, I can't believe how much she really has grown and developed. She's playing with her toys in a whole new way. She's actually interacting with our cat. Her six-month-birthday is right around the corner and I'm bracing myself for a whole lot of fun!
